Product Manager
Product Managers communicate product vision from the highest levels of executive leadership to the development team. The product manager is often called the product "CEO". The product manager investigates, selects, and drives the development of products for an organization, performing the activities of product management. This role requires business understanding, KPI optimization, A/B testing and strong communication skills.

SKILLS NEEDED TO QUALIFY FOR ROLE
UX Design and Prototyping
- Have a clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
- Experience in using standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc
- Could design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Could identify design problems and devise solutions
Web Analytics
- Read news in social channels, periodically post content there.
- Knows how to add tracking (such as Google Analytics) to a web page and then read its reports.
Dashboards and Visualization
- Able to present results in Excel with charts using default color scheme.
- Could read information from multiple dashboards.
- Understanding of simple dashboard setup with QlikView/Tableau/Spotfire or others.
Business Metrics and Accounting
Can easily read financial statements, pinpoint influential metrics, create workable buiness models and projections.
- Does not yet have full theoretical knowledge to work full time in accounting, but equipped enough to be dangerous.
Management and Communications
1+ years working in a corporate environment, comfortable with contributing to presentations and reports.
