Configuration Management simplifies project development, deployment, and maintenance. It requires not only configuration tools knowledge (Ansible, Puppet, Salt or Chef), but also monitoring setup and ability to represent configuration as code. If Configuration Management set up correctly the whole system could be easily migrated, redeployed and scaled.
